Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dominique Locher (1969) is CEO of LeShop.ch. He succeeded to Christian D. Wanner in October 2013. Since August 2000 as Marketing and Sales Director he has been in charge of customer acquisition and retention, PR and customer communication, product assortment and pricing as well as interaction with suppliers. For a limited time, he held a double function including the management of logistics, organizing and conducting the construction of the warehouse in Bremgarten. As CEO Dominique Locher retains his previous responsibilities.

Previously, Dominique Locher worked as a Group Brand Manager for Nestlé in Sri Lanka in charge of brands like Nescafé, Milo, Perrier and Vittel and as National Key Account Manager in Switzerland for important clients such as Coop, Spar, etc.

Dominique Locher holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (lic. oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gall. He is fluent in German, Swiss German, French, English, Italian and has basic knowledge of Spanish.

Sacha Herrmann

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Sacha Herrmann (1972) is COO and leads the company together with Dominique Locher since October 2013. He is responsible for the analysis, planning, finance, controlling and preparation of financial statements. He manages all aspects regarding the financial structure, shareholders and fiscal system. Additionally, Sacha Herrmann is in charge of the Human Resources department. Until the end of 2012, he also dealt with the strategic distribution partnerships, in particular with the Swiss Post. In his position as COO, Sacha Herrmann took over the IT and logistics in addition to his former responsibilities.

He has gained his experience in operational management, especially in distribution matters, as Director of Finance and Administration in a start-up, subsidiary of an international company active in the production and distribution of mineral water. His broad knowledge of accounting and finance was built up when he worked for Arthur Andersen as an auditor and counsellor to various companies in the sectors of distribution, industry and international commerce.

Sacha Herrmann holds a Public Accountant diploma as well as a Master in Business Administration from the business school of Lausanne (HEC). Besides his mother tongue French, he speaks fluently Swiss German as well as German and has a good command of English.

Ivan Torreblanca

Chief Information Officer

Ivan Torreblanca (1973) is in charge of the whole information system that supports the unique range of grocery delivery services and logistic processes of LeShop.ch. In his previous position in the company, he was heading the IT team in charge of defining and implementing web, mobile and e-marketing solutions.

Before joining LeShop.ch, Ivan Torreblanca has acquired more than 14 years of sound and extensive IT management experience as an entrepreneur and employee in the e-business, private banking and telecom sectors. As an entrepreneur, he was the co-founder and CTO of the 1st and major real estate search engine in the French speaking part of Switzerland, today known as Immostreet.ch. As an employee, Ivan has spent more than eight years at the private bank Pictet & Cie, where he held various IT management positions and launched several e-banking applications for private, professional and institutional clients.

Ivan Torreblanca holds a Swiss ES degree in Business Information Technology from ESNIG, Neuchâtel. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has basic knowledge of German.

Nicolas Soussan

Nicolas Soussan
Chief Logistics Officer

Since October 2012, Nicolas Soussan (1976) has been responsible for logistical operations, transport and the supply chain. He therefore leads the teams at the two logistic centres in Ecublens and Bremgarten, manages strategic distribution partnerships (in particular the partnership with “La Poste Suisse” (the Swiss post office), and leads the supply team.

Before joining LeShop.ch, Nicolas Soussan led a perfumes supply chain integration project for a major South African luxury product group. After this, he structured the logistics for a fast growing SME in the construction materials sector. Finally, he managed supply and transport for the Swiss subsidiary of a major French furniture group, achieving significant improvements in product availability and stock levels.

Nicolas Soussan is an engineering graduate from the Ecole Centrale Paris (1998), where he specialised in production and logistics. In addition to his mother tongue French, he speaks fluently English and German.
